If your pickup location is "Airport", we require a flight number to verify and monitor your booking accordingly. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.

Once your booking request has been submitted, the SOHO VIP team will review your travel details, confirm your booking via email, and coordinate your chauffeur and vehicle allocation. For airport transfers, flight schedules are monitored in real time to accommodate delays or changes where needed.
We accept card and EFT payments for all SOHO VIP bookings and services.
Full payment is required in advance to secure your vehicle and chauffeur booking. EFT payments must reflect in our account before the service can be confirmed.
Yes. Once your booking request has been reviewed and confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation containing your booking and travel details.
Yes, we can accommodate last-minute booking requests, subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability.
